EVOLVE – YOGA & MEDITATION CENTER based in Wickenburg, Arizona is a desert oasis created for the purpose of teaching yoga and meditation to people recovering from drugs, alcohol and mental health disorders. Through the yoga and meditation program we at EVOLVE work with the individual for many months while they are living in one of the many Recovery Centers here in Wickenburg. Our professionals work in synch with the Recovery Centers expectations and not as a separate entity. Our mandate is to help recovering people find a way to “surrender” through yoga which is one of the cornerstones of getting well. Though the practice of certain positions (asanas), breath-work and meditation, the participant begins the journey towards health and wellbeing.
